Covington Industrial Park was launch in 1978 as the Corporate Headquarters and Manufacturing Facility for Engineering Specialities. After selling the business to a private equity firm, Favret Investments Master planned and the development of the acreage putting in roads, raising the elevation and building the first Flex Space building.

Although a lot has changed since the development of that first building, our mission to provide the best value in the market with outstanding tenant service in a progressive industrial environment remains the same. As engaged real estate development and construction professionals for over 40 years we understand our tenants’ needs and continually upgrade and maintain the property to keep pace with technology and style expectations.
